Your relationship with food is just the beginning. Discover what becomes possible when you reconnect with your body, trust yourself, and stop living at war with who you are.
Two ways to begin. Starting at $44/month.
Join the NFE Collective →You've tried eating better, being more disciplined, and starting over on Monday. Yet you still find yourself questioning your choices, feeling guilty around food, and wondering why nothing seems to change.
You deserve more than a life spent fighting food and yourself.
You've done everything "right" on paper. You know about protein. Calories. Carbs. Portions. Exercise. Maybe you've tracked, planned, restricted, started over, and promised yourself you'd "do better" more times than you can count. And you're still exhausted from thinking about food. Because knowing what to eat was never the whole problem.
Imagine enjoying food without guilt. Trusting your choices without constantly second-guessing yourself. Feeling connected to your body instead of trying to control it.
And having the time and energy to pursue the things that make you feel alive.
Because your life is meant to be so much bigger than food.
"I can't stop thinking about food. Even when I'm not hungry. Even when I just ate. It's always there."
"I'm either completely on track or completely off. I don't know how to find a middle ground and I'm exhausted from trying."
"I beat myself up every single time. I feel so much shame, why can't I just eat normally?"
"If I stop tracking and stop the rules, I'm terrified I'll completely fall apart. This is the only thing holding me together."
"I want to heal but I'm so scared of what will happen to my body if I let go. What if I gain weight?"
"Food is the first thing I reach for when I'm stressed, sad, bored, or numb. I don't even realize I'm doing it until it's already happened."
"I eat differently when no one is watching. I hide wrappers. I eat in the car. Nobody knows how bad it actually is."
"I'm so tired of thinking about food all day. The counting, the calculating, the tracking, unsure of what I am even doing anymore. I feel so confused."
"Restaurants, holidays, eating in front of people — I'm always watching, always aware of what everyone around me is thinking about what I'm eating."
"I start strong and then I just lose steam. I can't stay consistent no matter how much I want to. I don't know what's wrong with me."
"I feel so guilty when I don't work out. I'm either doing it to make up for what I ate or doing it because I 'have' to."
"Every time I look in the mirror I feel disappointed in myself. I don't like what I see."
"Why does everyone else seem to just eat normally? Why is it so easy for them and so hard for me? What is wrong with me?"
You've tried the meal plans, food rules, and starting over on Monday. Yet you still find yourself questioning what you ate, feeling guilty for eating something you enjoy, or promising yourself you'll do better tomorrow.
"Just tell me exactly what to eat. If I have a plan and follow it perfectly, I won't have to think about food anymore."
Meal plans feel safe... until they don't. The moment you go off-plan, the spiral starts. No external structure can replace an internal relationship with your own body. A meal plan can tell you what to eat. It can't teach you how to hear yourself, respond to yourself, or trust yourself.
"Maybe I just haven't found the right diet, podcast, expert, supplement, protocol, or piece of information yet."
Information can be incredibly useful. But knowing more isn't always the same as being able to live differently. You can know exactly what would support your health and still find yourself back in the same cycle. Sometimes the missing piece isn't more information. It's learning how to stay connected to yourself while you use it.
"I ate too much so I need to burn it off. The more I sweat, the more in control I feel."
Movement becomes something you dread instead of something that feels good. You burn out, skip a session, the guilt creeps in, and suddenly you're avoiding it altogether.
"If I can just hit the right calories, macros, steps, weight, or numbers, I'll finally feel in control."
Tracking can give you information.
But when numbers become the only thing you trust, it becomes harder to hear yourself.
If going over a number creates anxiety, guilt, or the feeling that you've failed, the tool may be controlling you instead of supporting you.
You need to be able to trust yourself when there isn't a number telling you what to do.
"I'll go all in this time. Cut the carbs, cut the sugar, cut it all. This is the one that's going to work."
The deprivation kicks in. You binge on everything you restricted. Monday becomes the eternal fresh start. Each cycle leaves you more exhausted, more disconnected from your body, and more convinced something is wrong with you.
"I just need more discipline. More motivation. If I wanted it badly enough I'd be able to stop."
Willpower doesn't break a cycle. Neither does discipline. You can want it with everything you have and still feel out of control, because this isn't a motivation problem. It's a cycle that keeps running, and cycles don't respond to force.
Imagine enjoying food without the guilt, trusting your choices, and having the mental space to enjoy the rest of your life.
I know what it is to lose yourself and find your way back. And food is just where it shows up for the women I work with.
I've been a registered dietitian for over a decade. In that time I've sat with hundreds of women doing some of the most vulnerable and honest work of their lives. My own lived experience with internal work and transformation, alongside my clinical training, has brought me to a place where I can see the patterns clearly, know how to work through them, and hold space for people to transform from the inside out.
And there was something else I kept seeing: women thought they were the only ones. When another woman says "Me too," something changes. The shame gets quieter. The isolation loosens. You stop hiding. That's why NFE isn't just a course. It's a place to practice a different way of being with yourself — alongside women doing the same.
More space in your mind. Food no longer has to occupy so much of your mental and emotional energy. You'll begin understanding your cycles and developing different ways to respond to them.
You will learn to trust your body again: to know what it needs, respond to it without guilt, and stop second-guessing every bite.
More of yourself. Imagine having more room for your relationships, creativity, work, joy, movement, rest — and whatever else matters to you. Food was never supposed to take up your whole life.
Both memberships give you access to the Inner Harmony Journey™ and the NFE community. The difference is how much live coaching you want from me.

Everything in the Inner Harmony Journey, plus biweekly live group coaching and open Q&A with Leda.

Move through them in order. Come back whenever you need.
Your body isn't broken, it's been protecting you. Learn why your internal signals went quiet and how to create the safety they need to come back online.
Release the pressure and guilt around food and rest. Permission isn't something you wait to feel, it's something you practice while the discomfort is still loud.
The way you speak to yourself is a regulation skill. When your inner voice softens, your nervous system has room to heal. This is where identity starts to shift.
Learn to tell the difference between hunger, emotion, and stress, and respond to each with care instead of confusion or self-doubt.
Where did your food rules come from? Identify the personal, familial, and cultural beliefs keeping you stuck, and begin to to loosen their grip.
Slow down enough to actually absorb nourishment: physically, emotionally, relationally. This is where you stop surviving and start receiving.
You're exhausted from thinking about food and want that energy back for your actual life.
You're ready to do the deep work even when it gets uncomfortable
You've tried everything and nothing has stuck because nothing ever touched the root
You want to feel free in your body, free in your mind, and free around food, for REAL this time
You're ready to stop surviving and start living
You're looking for a diet, a meal plan, or a quick fix
You're currently being treated for a clinical eating disorder this program is not a replacement for that level of care
You want someone to tell you exactly what to eat every day
You're not ready to look inward this work requires honesty and willingness
These are real Google reviews from women who worked with Leda. No scripts. No incentives. Just their words.
That fear makes complete sense and you're not alone in feeling it. The truth is, the control you've been relying on is actually what's been keeping the cycle going. This program doesn't ask you to let go of everything overnight. It builds internal safety first, so that over time, you don't need external control to feel okay.
This program does not promise weight loss and it does not promise weight gain. What it does is help your body get out of survival mode, and a body that is regulated and consistently nourished finds its own balance. Whether that means full acceptance of your size or gentle weight loss from a healthy place, both are valid outcomes. What won't happen is the program pushing you in either direction.
No. Intuitive eating is a framework. This program goes deeper, it works on the nervous system level first, because you can't access your body's cues when you're in survival mode. We do address hunger and fullness signals, but only after safety and regulation are established. Many women who "tried intuitive eating and it didn't work" find that this is the missing piece.
No. Nourish Your Energy Collective is an educational and coaching program led by a Registered Dietitian. It is not therapy, mental health treatment, or a replacement for medical care. If you are currently working with a therapist or healthcare provider, this program can complement that work beautifully. If you are experiencing a clinical eating disorder, please consult a licensed mental health provider first.
There is no "behind" in this program. The modules are self-paced and the curriculum doesn't disappear. Life happens, you can pause, slow down, and come back. The only expectation is that you move through the modules in order. Move through the content at a pace that works for your life. There is no deadline and no pressure to rush.
Live coaching is included in the Nourish Your Energy Collective™ tier. We meet twice a month inside the Skool community for group coaching with me. Bring questions, real-life situations, and cycles you're working through. Members may receive individualized hot-seat coaching within the group, and everyone benefits from hearing the experiences and coaching of other women. You never have to volunteer for coaching or speak if you don't want to. Inner Harmony Journey™ members receive the monthly NFE Community Gathering but not the biweekly coaching calls.
Yes. This is a month-to-month membership with no lock-in. You can cancel at any time. Founding member pricing is locked in for as long as you stay. If you cancel and rejoin later, you'll come back at the current rate.
NFE doesn't assume the answer is simply knowing what to eat — or that one single thing is causing your struggle. After more than a decade as a Registered Dietitian, I've seen how interconnected our relationships with food actually are. Your body, emotions, nervous system, beliefs, conditioning, behaviors, nourishment, and lived experiences can all influence one another. That's why NFE doesn't just focus on changing what you eat. We go underneath the food. The goal isn't to become better at controlling yourself. It's to build a relationship with yourself that doesn't require constant control.
You don't have to feel completely ready. You don't have to have everything figured out. What if the answer isn't learning how to control yourself better? What if there's another way to relate to food — and yourself — without constantly monitoring, correcting, judging, and fighting yourself? That's what you'll learn inside NFE.
For the woman ready to move through the work at her own pace.
The curriculum is designed to be moved through at your own pace. There is no deadline. No pressure.
FOUNDING MEMBER RATE
